Delivery prices and times are estimates based on average sized parcels up to or around 2kg, if your order contains large or heavy items (i.e. snow boots, buggies, trolleys, etc), there may be an additional charge. This is fairly rare, however should this be the case then we will notify you as soon as possible.

Orders placed Monday to Friday before 12pm are dispatched the same
day (subject to security check clearance.)

Customs Duties & Taxes
Please be aware that orders being delivered outside of the European Union may
be liable to customs duties and import taxes once they reach your country. Unfortunately
Childsplay Clothing do
not have control over these charges as they are applied as an import tax by your country,
and therefore must be paid by the recipient. If the customs duty is not paid by the recipient the parcel will be
returned to Childsplay Clothing and any costs incured by us will be deducted from
your order total before any refunds or re-shipments are arranged. Please
check very carefully with your local authorities before placing your order to
ensure that you are aware of and are prepared to pay any and all additional
charges on your parcel.
