We are not only proud of our great range of products and our superb customer services, we are also very confident in our prices, and to show it - we now offer to match the price of any item you find cheaper on any other online retail store.

To process a price match, simply get in touch with us via our Contact page, providing the address (URL) of the competing store, an image code so we can identify the item, as well as your own contact details. A member of staff will then contact you as soon as possible and let you know what we can do.

Terms & Conditions

We can Price Match:

• Items on other internet shopping websites/stores.
• Items which are in stock on the competitors website.
• Items identical (brand, range, etc) to ours, and not altered or different in any way.

We can NOT Price Match:

• Items from physical 'brick & mortar' stores.
• Items that are part of a sale, special offer or discounted by the use of a card, voucher or coupon.
• Items which are used, damaged or refurbished.
• Items which are part of bankrupt stock, offered through any sort of auction, end-of-line clearance, shop-soiled, ex-display or similar.
• Items which cannot be delivered to you by the competitor for any reason whatsoever (ie. you are outside of their delivery area or in a country to which they do not or can not delivery, etc.)
• Items from any non-UK based website. (This is purely in the customers interest, as United Kingdom consumer rights by law may not apply to transactions carried out with non-UK based mail order companies, and that there may be future difficulties with returns and claims under manufacturer’s warranties on any goods purchased from such websites.)

Other terms:

• Competitors offered price must be accurate, include any taxes, applicable carriage charges (if any), and the competitor must be prepared to sell the item to you at their offered price.
• Price Match is only available prior to purchase and cannot be applied after an order has been processed.
• We must be able to verify the competitors (lower) price.
• We reserve the right not to Price Match for any reason at our discretion. Childsplay Clothing Price Match is not a binding contract or an alteration to the price until the order has been processed and the payment cleared.
